Question: What is a relationshop between data and a data centre?

Answer: A data centre in its own right is data.

The cables within a data centre (all the 100's and 100's of miles of it) are in themselves an architectural entity. They are crafted from the latest materials in highly precise manufacturing processes and then tunnelled through the data centre in magnificent sweeps of blazing colour and form.

The data of a data centre affects individuals who work in the data centre. The data of a data centre is the working material of a data centre worker. The conditions of working in a data centre (and more widely IT) are not always conducive to a healthy lifestyle. That is a fact, unfortunately. Dietry requirements are often met with fast food deliveries.

These photos of tied cable and lids of fast food cartons were taken on the floor of a canteen.
